1. Orders & Deliveries
Orders can be placed via the shopping cart on this web site; by email; by fax; or by phone. Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Miss E can not accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason. Backorders will be recorded and delivered when available, unless otherwise advised.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
Orders that Miss E are not able to supply will be offered a refund, all other orders that are either not the correct size, style or fit will be offered an exchange, store credit or refund. Miss E will exchange up to 2 orders however standard postage fees will be applied should another exchange be granted. No exchanges/refunds will be offered on sale items or for international customers.
3. Delivery
Miss E will endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 2 weeks of ordering, in some cases stock is ordered in from overseas and this may cause delays (up to 6 weeks). Should unexpected delays occur we will notify you immediately.
4. Prices & Payment
The price of items is the current price at time of delivery, unless a specific price has been quoted. Payment for products online may be made by an approved business account. Personal and company cheques are also accepted for on line purchases, but proceeds must be cleared prior to order despatch.
